1. Obtain the caption of the action, the parties’ attorneys and who they represent, their firm name and contact information to give to our operator.
2. Call us at  +1-800-985-5866 and leave this information with our operator.
3. The assigned mediator will call you shortly with their schedule for a mutually convenient date and location. We usually conduct mediation sessions every Friday during regular business hours and for extended sessions, after hours. We also do them on court holidays, on other weeknights after regular business hours, and are available every weekend throughout the day.
4. We hold mediation proceedings at the parties’ attorneys’ offices. We also host and conduct virtual mediation sessions upon request. Please speak with the mediator about alternative arrangements, if needed and we will accommodate you.
5. Within three business days of scheduling a session, we will provide you with a secure link to upload position papers. Position papers should include a summary of claims, defenses, the facts, your party’s position on value of their claims or damages and rationale as well as the applicable law. We appreciate if you will supply your frank assessment of the relative strengths and weaknesses of your and your adversaries’ arguments.
6. Please provide your position papers within a reasonable time before the session, but at least five business days in advance to allow adequate time to review.
7. We bill $400.00 per hour for mediations within the DMV area and $500.00 per hour for mediations within the New York Tri-State area.
